New Oak Barrel Aging Program

For 2011, Valley Estates will be offering a new OBA program. Each oak barrel we do will have a unique batch number along with the wine type. Batch 101, (1=2011 01=batch#) Australian Shiraz will be our first batch of the year. 102=#2 batch of the year, 103=third etc. So when you put your customized labels on your wine, you can ad the prefix of the batch from which it came from.

To kick off the program we will be offering batch #101 the Premium Australian Shiraz free of Oak Aging Charge. A $30 savings at $175 a batch tax included!  This fabulous wine is scheduled to be ready to bottle in April. Add body and depth to your wine, click here to reserve your OBA sapce today. Remember space is limited to 10 batches per barrel.

Glen =  Red / Chilean Carmenere

          White / French  Chardonnay

Scott = Red / Luna Rossa

           White / Sonoma Dry Creek Chardonnay
